They manage to change my date in the 11th hour and I couldn't be more grateful for that. Staff - friendly Rooms - clean • They even have hairdryer, iron and a bar fridge not forgetting to mention tv. However didn't have time to watch anything on it as we arrived in the wee hour of the day lol • My sister asked for coffee and it was given to us, in a nick of time Location - perfect, after a looong day all I needed was a quite and a peaceful sleep

It was a good experience, great value for money. The parking was close to the lift thus in and out was quick and efficient. The lifts worked fine the hotel is very clean and the surroundings was soft on the eye. The room was adequate with very good painting which lighten up the room. The Staff went the xtra mile and had been very helpful. The air-conditioning was excellent. The cafeteria is spaceful and nicely set up.

Booked for my husband at Mesami hotel for one night for his trip to Durban. He found the place to be comfortable and clean. The shower was good, bed comfortable and his overall stay was great. Good value for money. The small fridge was found to be freezing, excellent. Breakfast is about R75 per person.

The facilities, the fact that we got to use the elevators to go to our designated room was the first highlight for me😊. The shower was perfect, the bedding and the room service as well, The reception was also welcoming.
